CLEANING – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Commencement: We must have inspected your Property or Boat and given you a quotation for the service required.  Obtained a set of keys for access from you or your appointed agent.  You should have signed, dated and returned these Terms & Conditions of Service.

Service: Upon confirmation of your instructions we agree to work with you and to provide a domestic cleaning service to meet your exacting needs.  The Cleaning Service to include the following:

The property owner should supply some cleaning equipment/materials as follows:  Mop & Bucket, vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths, multi-surface cleaning solutions for worktops, windows and floors, limescale remover, washing powder etc. These items will be topped up by us at each clean.

Full cleaning as required and where a Changeover is included:

Kitchen & Bathroom, disinfection of all work services….sinks, toilets, basins, floors.   Empty & clean fridge/freezer and microwave. Clean utility area (if applicable). Cleaning and vacuuming living area, bedrooms, cleaning of windows and removal of finger marks on all surfaces and cupboards.

Cleaning and washing of all linen and towels. Re-making of all beds and if a changeover with folded towels on top.  (Each bedroom must have a minimum of 3 sets for changeover)

Where inclusive of a Changeover (to be advised a week in advance)

If required a Keyholder service for the occasional check in and checkout of tenants. Where appropriate a `key-safe´ box must be fitted by you/us outside the property for the emergency use of occupants/tenants due to flight delays etc. (charge for supply and fit).

Terraces: depending on their size can be cleaned but a price will be given on inspection. We will not be responsible for the cleaning of Barbecues as experience proves that serious problems can arise with their use.  If there is a lot of dirty rain (Sahara dust etc) between cleaning and letting then this will not be our responsibility.

As required: Delivery and collection of non-washable items such as duvets, blankets, cushion covers and curtains to the Dry-cleaners (Extra charges to apply).

We expect all properties on our books to have had an ‘Annual Spring Clean’ so the premises are presentable and its equipment is in good working order. We can quote for an Annual Spring Clean if required.

Termination of Agreement:  If you wish to terminate this agreement we require two weeks notice in writing.

Liability:  We do not accept any responsibility for any parts of the property or contents that are damaged by third parties during the period of this service.  Any damage caused by tenants will be reported to the landlord at the end of a letting.

General: The supply of the services by us is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

No on-going Management fee is payable unless specifically advised.  All other fees/hourly rates and charges notified to clients to be paid within 48 hrs or the Agreement may be terminated immediately.

N.B.  All changeover and Regular cleaning prices/hourly rates subject to survey.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
